Browsing, quotes and purchases
Orivon purchases (terms version ov-2026-09-29.1). Body Contrast is operated by SmartLabs Bio LLC, d/b/a Body Contrast. Saving a build or adding it to your cart does not place an order; your order is placed when Stripe confirms payment. Product prices include standard continental-US curbside shipping and supplier-managed import charges. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe from your delivery address and shown before payment. Installation and electrical work are not included. A payment receipt confirms your purchase from Body Contrast; it is not a manufacturer dispatch notice. We verify payment, place your order with Orivon, and send order and tracking updates. If a confirmation page is still checking payment, do not pay again — contact us with your order reference.
Delivery timing. Current supplier estimates, including processing and delivery: about 30 business days for Lumin saunas, 60 business days for Auris saunas and 20 business days for Frost plunges. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If your order cannot meet the disclosed timing we will tell you the revised timing and your cancellation and refund options.
Electrical and offloading. Each product page lists the manufacturer’s electrical specification. Arrange any required circuit, permits and electrical work with a licensed electrician before delivery; Auris saunas with the included 9kW heater require a dedicated 240V circuit. Delivery is curbside to your delivery location: you are responsible for having the help or equipment needed to unload large, heavy equipment and move it into place. Inside placement and assembly are not included.
Inspect your delivery. Inspect the shipment on delivery and photograph any visible damage before signing; note it on the carrier’s receipt. For concealed damage found after unpacking, photograph it and contact us as soon as possible (Orivon asks for notice within seven days of delivery). Keep the packaging and do not return equipment without instructions.
Cancellations, returns and warranty. Contact us promptly to cancel; cancellation is available before the order has been processed for shipping. Non-defective equipment is not returnable for change of mind. For verified defects or damage, remedies include repair, replacement or refund. Manufacturer warranty: five years for Auris saunas, one year for Lumin saunas and Frost plunges, subject to the written warranty’s exclusions (normal wear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, commercial use, weather, fire, pests). Your statutory rights are not affected.
Leisurecraft: released sauna systems are sold through online checkout under the Leisurecraft purchase terms shown before payment; displayed prices include applicable import charges. Configurations without online checkout can be submitted as a quote request, which is not an order.
