Leisurecraft purchase terms.

These terms apply to eligible Leisurecraft purchases. Your exact items, shipment estimate, delivery and electrical requirements are reviewed before payment.

LEISURECRAFT PURCHASE TERMS

Your retailer and order Body Contrast is operated by SmartLabs Bio LLC, doing business as Body Contrast. These terms apply to Leisurecraft products. Orivon and recovery products retain their separately displayed purchase terms and payment flows.

Saving a configuration or adding it to your cart does not place an order, reserve inventory or take payment. Before paying, review the exact products, included equipment, selected options, quantities, delivery address, shipment estimate, delivery charges and final total. Body Contrast is your retailer and your contact for the purchase. You do not need to place a second order with the manufacturer.

Payment and prices The displayed equipment prices include the applicable import charges incorporated into that configuration; there is no separate tariff surcharge at payment. Sauna cabins, and their qualifying heater and accessories shipped with a sauna, are treated separately from standalone accessories and cold-plunge products. Adding a sauna does not remove a plunge's applicable import charges.

Delivery is charged under the verified rule displayed for your actual basket. A qualifying single-sauna residential order has a $320 curbside delivery fee; the heater and compatible sauna accessories shipped with it do not add freight. Other baskets must show their own confirmed delivery charge before payment. An unconfirmed charge is not zero or free shipping. No unquoted delivery or installation service will be charged after payment without your agreement.

Applicable sales tax is separate. Stripe calculates tax using the fixed delivery address and applicable tax rules and shows the final total before payment. A saved-cart subtotal or a before-tax review is not the final amount charged. Card and installment options depend on the payment provider and transaction; financing approval is not guaranteed.

A verified successful payment confirms your purchase from Body Contrast, not manufacturer acceptance, a production reservation or dispatch. If the confirmation page is still checking payment, do not pay again. Keep your private order link and contact us for help.

Shipment estimate and updates The exact item review shows the manufacturer's estimated build date and Body Contrast's separate estimated ship-by date. Shipment means the equipment has been handed to the carrier, not merely that a shipping label has been created. The estimate disclosed when you order stays recorded with your order; we do not restart the clock when we submit the manufacturer order.

Leisurecraft describes its sauna build date as its best estimate of when production occurs on or around that date. For saunas, it says production typically takes a few days and the equipment then ships. It describes seven to fourteen days as a typical average transit range, varying by destination; this is not a guaranteed arrival date or a statement of business days. Other products must have their own supported timing shown in the item review; the sauna-production guidance is not a universal promise for every product. Build dates may change. We check for changes and provide order updates and tracking when available.

If we learn that we cannot ship on the disclosed basis, we will contact you promptly, and no later than the currently agreed ship-by date. You may cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund or expressly accept a supported revised ship-by date. We will not treat silence as consent. If you do not expressly accept the revision before the existing deadline and the order has not shipped by that deadline, we will cancel the affected unshipped order and arrange its full refund. A further delay requires a new notice and your express agreement; an earlier agreement is not permission for indefinite delays.

Cancellation and refunds because we cannot supply or ship on the agreed basis do not incur the manufacturer's discretionary $350 cancellation fee, a restocking deduction or a penalty for not accepting a delay. Refunds include payment for the affected unshipped goods and the attributable delivery and tax charges. We initiate required refunds promptly through the original payment method where possible, within applicable legal time limits, and send confirmation. Bank or financing-provider posting times may differ. We do not describe a requested refund as completed until it has actually been processed.

Delivery and site readiness Freight delivery is to an accessible curb or the end of the driveway, not inside placement, assembly or electrical installation. This checkout covers verified standard contiguous-US street addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, islands, remote exceptions, PO boxes, military mail and destinations without suitable large-truck access require a separately confirmed arrangement and cannot be paid for here.

Confirm your truck access and safe unloading plan before payment. You are responsible for unloading and moving the equipment to its installation location. Arrange rated mechanical equipment or a professional unloading service, then confirm the equipment booking against the shipment's actual crate dimensions, weight and carrier requirements. Do not use assembled-product dimensions as crate dimensions.

Leisurecraft says an 84-inch-long crate may fit a liftgate; that does not guarantee a particular truck's service, capacity or availability. Crates longer than that need another unloading arrangement. Do not assume the driver will unload, enter your driveway or place the equipment inside.

Respond promptly to carrier appointment calls. Supplier-published charges include $350 for an address change after factory departure and a minimum $35 per day for customer-caused terminal storage. Its order-change policy can also restrict or charge for address changes before shipment. Supplier-arranged tilt-tow is $1,450, subject to availability, and is a last-resort option rather than an included service. These are not initial-checkout charges or automatic authorizations to charge your card. Any applicable extra charge must have a stated basis and be communicated to you.

Electrical and installation Review the instructions and requirements for the exact product and selected powered equipment. A tub supplied without a chiller does not include powered cooling. A cabin-only selection does not include a working sauna heater. Do not assume an ordinary household outlet is suitable for any powered product.

Reviewed Harvia KIP heaters are permanently hardwired, not plug-in appliances. Required electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician who checks the supplied unit's nameplate, manufacturer instructions, permits and applicable code. Electrical work, site preparation, installation and permits are not included in equipment prices.

Mounting, guards, ventilation, clearances and placement must follow the complete product and heater instructions, not a single dimension or a generic guide. Do not bypass electrical protection to resolve a manufacturer/code conflict; have the electrician and manufacturer resolve it before installation or use.

Inspection and damage reporting Photograph the crate, shipping labels and visible condition before signing. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading; do not sign a clean receipt for visible damage. Keep the packaging and evidence. Report damage or missing parts to Body Contrast immediately, including damage discovered during unpacking.

Leisurecraft's dealer terms require missing-component and in-transit damage claims within thirty days of receipt. Its drop-ship instructions also require immediate notice and photographs. Do not wait for the thirty-day deadline or treat it as permission to delay a carrier report. We route evidence promptly and coordinate next steps. Do not return equipment without instructions. These procedures do not remove statutory rights or guarantee a particular claim outcome.

Voluntary cancellation and changes Contact Body Contrast promptly to cancel or change an order. Before we submit your order to Leisurecraft, cancellation of an unshipped order is available without a supplier cancellation fee. After submission, we confirm the manufacturer's actual order-entry and scheduled ship dates before explaining any applicable voluntary cancellation or change terms. Your retail payment date is not necessarily the supplier's order-entry date.

Leisurecraft's supplier policy permits cancellation or changes without penalty within fourteen days of supplier order entry, except that orders within seven days of the scheduled ship date cannot be cancelled or changed. After the first fourteen days, a $350 cancellation fee or $350 change fee applies where the requested cancellation or change remains available. The seven-day restriction takes precedence: this is not an unconditional fourteen-day cooling-off period after payment to Body Contrast.

Supplier fees do not apply to Leisurecraft's own mistakes. We explain relevant dates and any applicable fee before confirming your requested voluntary change. These supplier rules do not override your cancellation, delay, refund, defect or other mandatory rights against Body Contrast.

Returns and refused delivery Leisurecraft generally does not accept change-of-mind returns. If it specifically authorizes an exceptional return, its policy lists a twenty-percent restocking fee, return freight, original packaging and condition, and supplier inspection to determine the refund. Authorization is not guaranteed.

Refusing delivery is not an ordinary cancellation. If Leisurecraft is asked to resell refused equipment to another dealer, its policy lists a fifteen-percent restocking charge plus shipping and rerouting. These are not automatic additional card charges or a waiver of remedies for defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods.

Warranty Leisurecraft's current residential limited warranty for products it manufactures covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for five years from receipt by the original end-user. It supplies replacement parts for valid claims, not service, labor or installation costs; replacement does not restart the warranty period. Exclusions include normal wear, improper installation or maintenance, weather and failure to follow instructions.

Leisurecraft's current heater schedule lists three years for Harvia KIP, excluding elements and rocks and requiring licensed-electrician installation. Other separately supplied brands or products have their own applicable written coverage. We do not promise warranty labor, technician visits or freight that the applicable warranty does not cover. Manufacturer warranty terms do not remove mandatory rights against Body Contrast.
