Product prices include standard continental-US curbside shipping; sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Auris 2 includes its COASTS 9kW, 240V heater at no extra cost. Estimated processing and delivery: Frost approximately 20 business days, Lumin 30 and Auris 60. These are estimates, not guarantees. Installation and electrical work are not included. Orivon handles warranty claims, parts and after-sales support: 5-year limited warranty for Auris; 1-year for Lumin and Frost. Report freight damage immediately with photos.
Delivery is curbside: you arrange the help or equipment to unload and move the unit into place. Have any required circuit and permits handled by a licensed electrician before delivery (Auris with the included 9kW heater needs a dedicated 240V circuit). Photograph any visible damage before signing and note it on the carrier’s receipt; report concealed damage with photos within seven days of delivery. Destinations outside the continental US need confirmation. The Leisurecraft freight rates, liftgate limits, tariff treatment and claim windows below do not apply to Orivon.
Air Relax orders ship UPS Ground from California, contiguous US only, no PO boxes. Orders over $1,200 ship free — a launch offer we can withdraw at any time, applied to the order total shown at checkout. Below that, shipping is a flat $12 on accessories-only orders and $59 when a system is in the cart. Alaska, Hawaii and anywhere off the UPS Ground map: email us first and we will quote the real rate. Dispatch timing depends on our supplier’s current stock, so we confirm the shipping date for your items rather than promising one on this page. These rules apply to recovery equipment only — sauna and plunge freight is separate and is covered below.
Leisurecraft saunas and cold plunges crate and move on a semi. The figures below are the manufacturer’s published schedule as we hold it in writing today; every one of them is restated on your quote before you are asked to pay anything.

Displayed Leisurecraft product prices include applicable import charges. Saunas are exempt, as are heaters and sauna accessories ordered with a sauna. Cold plunges and affected outdoor items are priced with their applicable charges included; adding a sauna does not remove a plunge’s import charge. Where an item’s full price cannot yet be confirmed, it is marked pending and unavailable for direct payment. Delivery and sales tax are separate.

Only once the checks above are in writing. If something does not clear, we fix it or we do not take the order.
This is the part that decides the outcome, and it is in your hands for about five minutes.

The supplier’s written terms allow up to 30 days after receipt to raise missing components or transit damage, and their drop-ship sheet requires immediate notice with photos and a BOL notation. Treat the 30 days as an outer legal limit, not an invitation: unpack and report the same day, because a late report with no BOL notation is the single most common reason a freight claim fails.
These are made-to-order crated freight items. Once your build is placed with the manufacturer it is not a return. That is why every check above happens first.
We do not advertise a free cancellation window we cannot enforce. The cancellation and change terms that apply to your exact build are put in front of you in writing before any charge, and you decide with them in hand.
Air Relax compression equipment is a normal online purchase with its own supplier return terms, shown at checkout. It is not covered by the freight rules above.
Where a manufacturer’s terms are stricter than anything written here, theirs apply to that unit and we tell you which, in writing, before you pay. We would rather lose an order than promise something a supplier will not honour.
