Air Relax AR-3.0 Body Package
Legs, arms, hips and lower back — the complete AR-3.0 set.
Contrast therapy is the main event — heat, then cold, twice a week. Compression is what you do on the other five days, on the sofa, while the sauna is cold. We carry Air Relax, an authorised dealer line, because it is the one piece of recovery kit people actually keep using after the novelty wears off.
Four systems, at the manufacturer's own advertised price, shipped from California by UPS Ground. In stock at Air Relax (checked September 29, 2026). We confirm your item with Air Relax before it ships, and one reply cancels for a full refund. Launch offer: shipping is free on orders over $1,200 — under that it is a flat $59, which is what Air Relax itself charges. Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are all at checkout. You choose your garment size there — measure your inseam first.
Legs, arms, hips and lower back — the complete AR-3.0 set.
The sweet spot. The one with the pressure sensor.
Legs, arms and hips. The whole body on one control unit.

The flagship. Control unit, leg sleeves and the 38L case, in one box.
In stock at Air Relax (checked September 29, 2026).
All three drive a pair of leg sleeves in timed cycles. The differences that matter are voltage, whether there is a pressure sensor, and which garments will physically connect.
The current flagship. Ships as a complete system — control unit, a pair of leg sleeves, hose bundle, AC power supply, the large 38L carrying case and the manual. Runs on an optional power bank for about three hours off mains. Its garments are a different fit system to the older models, so read the compatibility table before you add sleeves or shorts.
| In the box | Control unit, leg sleeves, hose bundle, AC supply, 38L case, manual |
| Sizing | Size 2: 26–31" inseam · Size 3: 31–35" · Size 4: 35–39" |
| Power | Voltage independent — no transformer abroad |
| Add-ons | AR-4.0 shorts, arm sleeve, power bank, hose bundle |
Dual voltage like the Pro, and the model with the built-in pressure sensor — it measures limb circumference so the same pressure setting lands evenly on a 26" and a 38" leg. Three cycle modes (progressive, sequential, full) plus targeted compression with four pressure levels. Shares its garment fit with the AR-2.0, so sleeves and belts interchange between those two.
| In the box | Control unit, leg sleeves, AC power supply, manual |
| Sizing | Size 2: 26–30" inseam · Size 3: 30–34" · Size 4: 34–38" |

| Add-ons | AR-3.0/2.0 sleeves, shorts, arm sleeve, waist belt |
The straightforward one. Four cycle modes — peristaltic, sequential, massage and an auto pattern — with four pressure levels. One thing to know before buying: this is a 110V US-plug unit, not dual voltage. Do not take it overseas and do not put it near a 220V outlet.
| In the box | Control unit (110V US plug), leg sleeves, manual |

Garments are generation-locked. Buy the wrong one and it will not plug in — so we list compatibility on every single line instead of burying it.
Replacement or second pair. Sized to inseam exactly like the systems, and fit-matched to your generation — 4.0 sleeves do not fit a 3.0 unit.
Compression across quads, hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and lower back. Used lying face up on a flat surface, never standing. Two sizes: up to a 34" waist, and up to 42".
Single sleeve covering hand through upper arm and part of the shoulder. On the AR-4.0 a hose bundle receptacle plug is required to run one sleeve on its own.
50" of length including an 11" Velcro strap, 17.5" tall. Not compatible with the AR-4.0 — this is the single most common mis-order in the range.
About three hours of untethered use on Samsung cells, five hours to charge, four-LED level display, in a crush-resistant EVA case. Fits the AR-4.0 and AR-3.0.
26L (18×9×8") takes a control unit and a pair of sleeves. 38L (22×11×10") adds shorts and an arm sleeve. The AR-4.0 system already includes the 38L.
Read this before adding anything to a system. The AR-4.0 is a separate fit family from the AR-3.0 and AR-2.0 — they do not interchange in either direction.

Measure from crotch to floor in bare feet. If you land on a boundary, size up — a sleeve that is fractionally long still seals, one that is short leaves your calf outside the chamber.

Shorts run to waist size (up to 34", up to 42"). Arm sleeves run to height, and the two generations use different height breaks — ask us and we will check it against your unit before anything ships.
Sequenced air pressure moving up the limb, on a timer, for twenty to thirty minutes. People use it because it is pleasant enough to do while watching television — and a recovery tool you enjoy is the only kind that gets used. That is the honest case for it.
This is general wellness equipment, not a medical device, and we will not describe it as treating, relieving or curing any condition. There are real contraindications for compression — clots, DVT history, certain circulatory and skin conditions, pregnancy. Ask your physician first, and read the manufacturer's contraindication list in the manual.
Unlike a sauna or a plunge, these arrive as a UPS parcel from California. No freight appointment, no liftgate, no 240V circuit, nobody needed at home to help unload. We confirm availability with Air Relax before anything ships rather than promise you a transit time.
Start with a control unit and leg sleeves. Shorts, an arm sleeve or a belt make sense later, once you know you will keep using it — and once you know which generation you own.
Compression is the between-days layer. If you have not chosen your sauna and plunge pair yet, start there — that is the decision that changes how you feel.
