What we collect

What you type into a form: your name and email where asked, an optional phone number, your ZIP code (we need it to quote freight), the configuration you selected, your acknowledgement of the power, access, damage and estimate terms, and the timestamp. Also which page you sent it from, your browser’s user-agent string, and the two-letter country our host reports. Checkout records, when submitted, also contain your full delivery address, equipment quantities, prices, readiness acknowledgments, terms version and checkout timestamps. An incomplete checkout may still leave a saved attempt. Restock and checkout forms use time-bucketed hashes of the connection address to limit misuse; the address itself is not stored in those application records. Chat with Keith: if you use the chat assistant, your messages, the page you were on and any name, email, phone or ZIP you choose to type are stored so the assistant can answer you and so an owner can follow up; a hashed connection address limits misuse. The chat is answered by an AI model and is never used to take payment. See the Google tag below for what Google receives.

Advertising measurement

We now run Google Ads. If you accept optional cookies, the Google tag loads and may set cookies that let Google connect an ad click to a later order. When an order completes we send Google the order total and an order reference — never your name, email or address. Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that tag. Cloudflare may also provide hosting-level analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no TikTok pixel. Essential local storage saves your cart and system choices even when optional cookies are declined. Saving an Orivon build or cart alone does not send an order to us or a supplier. Clearing a local selection does not erase an already submitted checkout or purchase record. The Orivon and Leisurecraft checkout and private order-status pages do not load our advertising tag.

Where it lives, who sees it

In a Cloudflare-managed database. Access is limited to the owners of the business and the people they authorise to run operations on their behalf. Cloudflare serves this site and keeps standard server logs as our infrastructure provider. Submitted checkout records, payment references, totals and fulfillment status are held in our Cloudflare-managed database. Stripe receives the contact, delivery and transaction information needed for tax validation and payment processing. Its hosted checkout collects payment and any required billing details. Our site does not collect or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe and any selected payment provider have their own privacy notices. Private owner notifications may include the information needed to fulfill an order; they are not public order listings.

What we do with it

We answer your question, quote what you asked us to quote, verify a checkout or payment, arrange order fulfillment, investigate duplicate attempts or errors, or send the product-specific restock notification you requested. A restock request records your email and the selected item, and does not subscribe you to general marketing. To do that, the information a quote or an order actually requires — typically a delivery ZIP or address, a contact number for the carrier appointment and the configuration you chose — is shared with the manufacturer and the freight carrier, and only for that quote or order. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not send your form contact details to ad networks or data brokers. Advertising measurement, if accepted, is described above.

Getting out

Restock emails include a link to stop that item's notifications. You can also ask us to stop emails through the contact page. You may also request deletion. We retain information only as needed to handle your request, orders, accounting, legal obligations or disputes; we will explain any required retention.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to erase it. We answer within 30 days and we never charge for it. Requests go through the contact page.
