Questions

Before you build

Do I have to buy both?

No. Pick a sauna, a plunge or both. There is no required bundle.

Can I mix an infrared sauna with a cold plunge?

Yes. Lumin is infrared, Auris is a traditional heater sauna, and either pairs with Frost.

Do you have outdoor cedar saunas too?

Yes. Canadian Timber barrel and cabin saunas are configured with a verified electric heater. See all saunas.

Lead times are supplier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery is curbside: you arrange help or equipment to move the unit into place. Installation and electrical work are not included; follow the supplied manual and use a licensed electrician where required. Sauna and cold-water use is not medical treatment; talk to your doctor if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. Body Contrast is operated by SmartLabs Bio LLC, Texas.
