Timing & delivery
Current delivery estimate: Approximately 60 business days, including processing and delivery. Supplier estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date or a claim of same-day stock.
Standard delivery is curbside. Continental-US standard shipping is included in the product price; Orivon handles shipping logistics and related import charges. Other destinations need confirmation. Delivery is curbside: you arrange unloading help or equipment; curbside does not mean inside placement or installation.
Photograph the crate and equipment before signing, and report freight damage immediately with photos. Report concealed damage with photos within seven days of delivery. Tracking is provided after shipment.
Warranty & care
5-year limited supplier warranty. Coverage is subject to the supplier’s terms and exclusions, including normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs and commercial use unless expressly approved.
Orivon handles warranty claims, replacement parts and after-sales support directly. Photograph any visible freight damage before signing and report concealed damage within seven days of delivery; installation and electrical work are not included. Warranty coverage is not a promise of free installation or freight.
Configurations & extras
The integrated COASTS 9kW, 240V heater is included. It is not charged again as an add-on.
Installation and electrical work are not sold with this equipment. Arrange appropriate site preparation and qualified local installation.
