Delivery is quoted, not estimated. These crate and ship on a semi. Per the manufacturer's Sep15 written terms: a sauna order carries a $320 residential delivery appointment fee; the three cold plunge tubs currently sold here also carry a published $320 delivery fee. A heater or accessory ordered alongside a sauna ships with it at no extra delivery charge. Crates 84 inches or shorter fit a liftgate on the manufacturer's own sheet, but the carrier assigned to your address still has to confirm actual liftgate availability before delivery day. Optional supplier-arranged tilt-tow delivery is $1,450. A build that mixes items with different delivery rules is quoted for your address before you pay -- we do not guess a combined delivery fee here. You supply level access and an unload plan. Delivery is never included in the estimate on this page.
